Jen Murphy has been a makeup artist for 30 years, an esthetician for 15 years, a mom for 33 years, and has lived in Colorado most of her life. She has a Masters Degree in Philosophy of Aesthetics, a license in Esthetics, and a passion for beauty that comes straight from the heart.
Jen is adamant about using the most natural and organic beauty products on herself and in her photo and video shoots as she can find. Unfortunately, many natural and organic beauty products don’t typically perform as well as their conventional counterparts. Why should it be that natural beauty products have purity but lack performance while conventional beauty products perform but lack purity? So she formulated version.O to make up for it. As she is now a proud breast cancer survivor her mission is all the more critical.
“When you work in the industry and use makeup and skincare products that have to perform, you see that most of them are chock full of toxins. I wanted to create a clean skincare and makeup line that's truly comparable to its conventional counterparts. A line that adds to who you are instead of detracting from it.”
